It's really hard to imagine how Homeland can go for a third season when the show could easily have ended after the last episode but here we are. Homeland has been renewed for a third season just as... (spoiler!)
Brody was imprisoned by the CIA. Estes, Saul and Carrie all know he's a terrorist. Carrie is working with the CIA again just like she wanted.
Last episode, by the way, was great. I don't think what Carrie did was actually that crazy. Brody ruined her life, broke her heart, and humiliated her. What she did, knowing full well he's a terrorist, was actually pretty reasonable.
